The 30-bed unit receives patients from various sources, including the criminal justice system, medical professionals, as well as self-referrals. The length of stay for each patient is variable and up to 28 days, with individualized treatment programs designed for each patient. Patients reside in comfortable semi-private rooms, each containing complete bathroom facilities.
The professionals who make up the Reflections team consist of a staff physician, consulting psychiatrist, counselors, nurses, therapists and other appropriate staff. Daily group and individual counseling is provided, in addition to a myriad of educational and therapeutic and social programs. Education and visitation for family members is also available.
