DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Eastern Niagara Hospital (with inpatient and outpatient sites) is seeking an experienced human resources professional to manage overall HR functions.
Position reports to CEO and is a key member of the executive team. Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies/programs/services, recruitment, overseeing employment practices, orientation, salary administration and benefits programs, workers’ comp, employee health, reporting requirements and performance review program. Successful candidate will have demonstrated track record of accomplishment, good interpersonal skills and significant experience dealing with labor relations and contract negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Human Resources preferred. Prior healthcare experience is highly desirable.

ICU/ER RN Manager - Full time candidates must possess a current NYS license, CPR and ACLS. B.S.N. Degree Preferred. Previous ICU/ER management experience preferred, responsible for the coordination and management of ICU/ER departments, scheduling and education of staff.
Social Worker - PT Clinical Social Worker for our Child and Adolescent Psych Unit. LCSW preferred. Masters degree in Social Work required. Position requires candidate to complete NYS Central Register Database Background Check.
Medical Technologist - Full time 3-11, 11P-7a with weekend and holiday rotation. Candidates must possess a BS in Medical Technology and a current NYSED license. Responsibilities include data entry and patient reporting, quality control, critical judgment, work in all areas of the lab, perform simple and complex testing, operate complex instruments, assist other lab staff and answer question, Organizational skills a must. FT, PT and per diem.
Surgical Tech-OR Candidates must be graduate of Surgical Tech program. Previous OR experience preferred. 2 PT: Various- 7a-2p; 9a-5p; 12p-8p
RN-Transitions Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current NYS License. CPR Certification is required. DBT/CBT experience is preferred. Should have 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical unit with at least 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health, to include 6 month experience working with children and adolescents.
PT: 7p-7:30a, per diem;
EEG Tech PD: Must have knowledge of neuroanatomy and physiology, instrumentation and pattern recognition. Experience with completing EEG and Brain Death testing. Must be graduate of accredited program or on the job training with successful completion of necessary competencies. BLS certification required. PD Position Variable Hours
Physician Assistant-Surgical: Exciting opportunity for a qualified Physician Assistant to work in the Surgery Department. Must be a graduate from an accredited PA program. Various hours. Openings for Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem.
FT Decision Support Analyst: Experience handling database and information management responsibilities. Knowledge of PC-based applications used for data management is preferred. Must be good at multitasking and problem solving and be proficient in verbal and written communication. A working knowledge of data analysis tools is required. Skill with database language tools like SQL is preferred.
Behavioral Health Assistant - for our Child and Adolescent Psych Unit: 2 pt 11p-7a. Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate. Minimum of 6 months experience or completion of a recognized training program, with 6 months in behavioral health, to include experience with children & adolescents. Must complete non-violent crisis intervention training upon hire and annually thereafter.
Laboratory Manager -Eastern Niagara Hospital is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager with multi-site responsibility.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related Science. Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinical lab setting and at least 1 year of Supervisory or Management experience required. Meditech knowledge desirable.
Nursing Supervisor - Per diem nursing supervisor for various shifts. current NYS license.
2C/2N RN- Part Time (11p-7a) and Per Diem (3p-11p & 11p-7a) RNs for our Nursing Unit 2C/2N. Must have current NYS RN License.
